Language Arts Teacher – High School Ranch Hope is currently recruiting a Special Education Teacher to work at our Alloway location teaching Language Arts. In this position you will provide an approved educational program for special education students residing in a residential treatment program, establish a classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth, help pupils develop the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed to provide a strong foundation for continued education and maintain professional relationships. Willingness to learn the Nurtured Heart Approach and how to provide Trauma Informed Care to special education students residing at Ranch Hope. Paraprofessionals and Behavior Intervention Team are available to assist as needed to maintain strong classroom management.

Science Teacher – To provide an approved educational program for Strang School special education students residing in at Ranch Hope residential treatment program; to establish a classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth; to help pupils develop the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed to provide a strong foundation for continued education; and to maintain professional relationships. Willing to learn the Nurtured Heart Approach and how to provide Trauma Informed Care to special education students residing at Ranch Hope. Math Teacher – To provide an approved educational program for Strang School special education students residing in at Ranch Hope residential treatment program; to establish a classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth; to help pupils develop the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed to provide a strong foundation for continued education; and to maintain professional relationships. Willing to learn the Nurtured Heart Approach and how to provide Trauma Informed Care to special education students residing at Ranch Hope. Paraprofessionals and Behavior Intervention Team are available to assist as needed to maintain strong classroom management.

Kitchen Helper – Support the Core Values of Ranch Hope by upholding all standards relating to quality, partnership, integrity, empowerment, stewardship, safety and compassion. Responsible for cleanliness of cafeteria and stocking supplies in cafeteria. Assist with set-up for catering and Meals on Wheels programs as needed. FT 40 hours per week 7:30 am -3:30 pm. Salary range is $14.00 to $16.00

Clinical Director – Ranch Hope is recruiting a Clinical Supervisor for our residential treatment center located in Salem County, NJ. In this role you will be providing clinical oversight to our team of clinicians that are counseling youth who are in out of home placement receiving treatment for adverse childhood experiences that require treatment. You will be part of a treatment team which includes clinicians, a psychiatric APN, direct care staff and educators.

Special Education Teacher – Ranch Hope is currently recruiting a Special Education Teacher for our school located in Alloway.Applicants must have a Standard certificate in a core subject and a Special Education certification or be in the process of obtaining one. Experience working with adolescents that require trauma informed care is preferred but not required. This position includes a 7 hour work day and school calendar schedule. Additional shifts are available but not required during Extended School Year.

Teachers Assistant – Ranch Hope is currently recruiting Teachers Aides for our Special Education School located in Alloway. Applicants must have a a substitute teacher certificate which requires a minimum of 60 college credits. Experience working with adolescents that require trauma informed care is preferred but not required. This position includes a 6 1/2 hour work day and school calendar schedule. Additional shifts are available but not required during Extended School Year.

Behavior Aide – Applicants must have a substitute teacher certificate which requires a minimum of 60 college credits. Experience working with adolescents that require trauma informed care is preferred but not required. This position includes a 6 1/2 hour work day and school calendar schedule. Additional shifts are available but not required during Extended School Year.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Ranch Hope is currently recruiting a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at our Alloway location. In this position you will be responsible for serving children and families with a wide range of mental health concerns and emotional issues. You will coach, train and guide all staff in a manner that contributes to ongoing education and improvement of medical treatment and will work with other members of the administrative team to ensure life safety requirements and treatment goals are met.

Direct Care Worker (Adolescents) – In this position, you will assist in supporting the treatment goals for youth that are living at Ranch Hope receiving treatment to assist them with a variety of adverse childhood experiences that have impacted their ability to live safely at home. In this role you will be provided with training on trauma informed care and the Nurtured Heart Approach to help you assist each youth in reaching their treatment goals.

Maintenance Worker – Ranch Hope is currently hiring a Maintenance Worker to provide basic maintenance support and custodial assistance. Our Residential Treatment Center is located in Alloway and that is where the candidate would report to work on a daily basis. Using a Ranch Hope vehicle, the candidate would also travel as needed to our Shelter of Hope in Williamstown, Camp Edge in Alloway and our Cowtown Thrift Store in Pilesgrove Twp to provide needed support.
